I have extensive experience in leading, directing and coaching individuals who take pride in improving their professional worth. My savvy comes first hand from dealing with politics and gender related issues in the work place. I created training and mentoring programs for the commercial real estate industry that serves experienced professionals as well as young up-and-comers. These programs have won me numerous awards and recognition including Dallas Business Journal’s Most Influential Women In Business, The Diversity Service Award, Who’s Who in the Southwest and Most Influential Women in Tarrant County.
Ko-Ko Owirodu, Marketing and Branding
Ko-Ko Owirodu (kokoowirodu.com) is a freelance graphic designer specializing in print, digital, and presentation design. For over a decade, she has worked in various aspects of marketing and graphic design in the A/E/C, commercial real estate, and economic development industries. She has done everything from designing digital and print collateral to developing content for social media marketing campaigns, press releases, and proposals.
In her current role with The Trocchio Advantage, Ko-Ko develops visual branding elements and establishes consistent standards for the corporate brand. She is responsible for the design of the firm’s marketing materials, presentations, client communications, and digital marketing campaigns. Ko-Ko also provides executive administrative support services to ensure the efficient flow of day-to-day operations.
Nichole Betterley, Web Design and Development
Nichole Betterley (npoweredsites.com) is an experienced web designer and developer who specializes in helping coaches, consultants, and other solopreneur service providers create stress-free websites that get noticed, get used, and get clients
She loves walks on the beach, reading by the fire, and WordPress tutorials. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband, daughter, and the obligatory, work-from-home cat.
Nichole volunteers teaching art to her daughter’s elementary school class as well as organizing and speaking at local meetups focused on educating small business owners and entrepreneurs about how to use and get the most out of their WordPress websites.

These are my two sweet dogs, brother and sister and an integral part of my business.
We got them in 2019. They are one year old, from the same litter and a handful, but they keep us on our toes!!!!
