I created training and mentoring programs for the commercial real estate industry that serves experienced professionals as well as young up-and-comers. These programs have won me numerous awards and recognition including Dallas Business Journal’s Most Influential Women In Business, The Diversity Service Award, Who’s Who in the Southwest and Most Influential Women in Tarrant County.
Sharla Hibberd, Vice President – Marketing
Sharla Hibberd is a web and graphic designer with a broad range of experience garnered over her 20-year career. Through this experience, Sharla has become a preeminent support figure. She has concentrated on corporate services working in various capacities with companies including Cawley Partners, CRT Properties, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, Encore Enterprises, Holt Lunsford Commercial, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
As part of the team at Trocchio Advantage, Sharla offers immeasurable expertise in different aspects of marketing, design, and project coordination. Her focus is to execute a myriad of assignments to support the firm through operations, administration, and marketing functions. Sharla develops custom material and implements processes constructed to create productivity and information presentation that is directly relatable to profitability. Her consideration of each project produces the most efficient result without sacrificing the details.

Nichole Betterley, Web Design and Development
Nichole Betterley (npoweredsites.com) is an experienced web designer and developer who specializes in helping coaches, consultants, and other solopreneur service providers create unique websites that help them be visible online, stand out from the crowd, connect with their site visitors in a meaningful way, and convert those visitors into clients.
She loves walks on the beach, reading by the fire, and WordPress tutorials. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband, daughter, and the obligatory, work-from-home cat.
Nichole volunteers teaching art to her daughter’s elementary school class as well as organizing and speaking at local meetups focused on educating small business owners and entrepreneurs about how to use and get the most out of their WordPress websites.
