Last week, I wrapped up an elite public speaking class—stretching myself, sharpening my skills, and preparing for more speaking engagements in 2027. Being back in the learner’s seat reminded me that growth requires us to practice what we encourage others to do: step outside our comfort zone, welcome feedback, and keep getting better. Whether I’m coaching a client, facilitating a workshop, or speaking from a stage, I want to bring fresh knowledge, practical tools, and lessons that help people move forward. After all, how can I challenge others to grow if I’m not willing to do the same? As you look toward your next chapter, what are you doing today to prepare for it?
May today’s message give you a little advantage.
