The Associate Leadership Council Program empowers commercial real estate professionals by providing access to leadership development programs and networking lunches. Additionally, the program encourages engagement in a community service project, fostering a sense of social responsibility and making a positive impact.

Mentorship Council Program

The Mentorship Council Program enables young professionals to collaborate regularly with experienced commercial real estate mentors, devising a customized action plan to accomplish their career objectives.

TEXO | Women’s Executive Leadership Program

A world-class development program for TEXO women leaders. This program design embeds 9 sessions (1 per month) covering 3 proven themes for successful leaders: Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Performance & Change. In addition to these topics, this program will provide self-assessment results and feedback from an executive coach, as well as inter-session activities to ensure practical application of learnings.

Saville | Executive Coaching Program

The Trocchio Advantage partners with individuals for a minimum of six months for individual coaching. The program starts with the individual filling out three assessments which are then reviewed and developed into a Playbook to utilize during the coaching process.

This will be accomplished through a combination of interactive workshops and individualized, private coaching sessions.
