"In 2004, I selected Liz to spearhead a groundbreaking company-wide initiative, geared toward making our firm a more welcoming and friendly environment for women professionals. The success of the Professional Women’s Global Gateway, as the project came to be called, was such that it became a model for the entire real estate industry. I consider Liz to be a consummate professional who, during her tenure with our firm, expanded and grew our capabilities, demonstrated strength of character through crises, and was an accomplished professional whose broad experience added value as a manager and a leader."
