The Executive Leadership Council is a 6-month program for upper upper-management commercial real estate executives seeking to sharpen their leadership skills and reach a new level of personal and professional development.
Program days have been thoughtfully structured to facilitate candid and meaningful conversations around major issues executives in leadership face daily, including:

Six-month leadership development program specifically designed for mid- to upper-level executives to sharpen their leadership skills and reach a new level of personal and professional development.
Eligibility/Requirements: Must have approximately 15 years of industry experience. Only one candidate per company may apply. Individuals applying to the program must be current members of The Real Estate Council.
Program Fee: $4,500 per member

- Building Your Brand: March 18, 2016, 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Emotional Intelligence: April 22, 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

All program days will be held on campus at Southern Methodist University.
