Programs & Events

Liz has led teams and developed businesses through every stage of a cyclical market. The Trocchio Advantage is distinguished by a vast repertoire of programs she has produced to address a broad range of subjects for individuals, teams, and organizations. Further, Liz offers the benefit of experience in facilitating the tricky conversations that lead to  agreement, energize leaders, and generate productivity.

Still, she does not merely deliver programs that she has drawn up over years since founding the company. Instead, Liz takes a results-oriented approach to every assignment.

She leads clients through a thorough dialogue to determine precise needs and develops programs specifically tailored to the audience and purpose so that participants recognize an immediate return on their investment. Liz does not consider an assignment complete without a clear analysis of the outcomes to demonstrate results.

It is hard to dedicate time and resources to any initiative above-and-beyond the daily grind.  Once a need is established, hiring a knowledgeable and seasoned speaker or facilitator lends critical credibility to compound return on the investment.  Further, a modern presentation style increases engagement by entertaining audiences.

Below are some examples of the high quality events you can expect from Trocchio Advantage.
