Customer Service

I have recently been shopping for a new service and have been impressed by one vendor on the incredible customer service I have encountered and equally disappointed by the lack of customer service from the other. Being in the service business myself, I thought maybe I was over critical, but I decided it was not rocket science on how to treat people that you want a business relationship with, or any relationship for that matter.  It’s really stupid simple.

  • Treat your customers the way THEY would like to be treated;
  • Be nice to your customers (I know, I shouldn’t even have to say it!);
  • Know who your customers are;
  • Make sure your customers know who you are;
  • Go the extra mile for your customers;
  • Give your customers the benefit of the doubt;
  • Don’t keep your customers waiting;
  • Show your customers you care;
  • Follow up with your customers;
  • If your customer makes a special request for something, do everything you can to get it for them

Remember, your competition is waiting to make your customer, their customer!
