- Invest in some “you” moments when you wake up.
- Move. Do some jumping jacks.
- Make your bed.
- Channel positivity.
- Stop and smell the roses.
- Say hello to a stranger.
- Eat an apple a day.
- Donate blood.
- Think pure and simple.
- Remember the power of small.
- Be nice.
- Sleep.
- Pray for someone.
- Surprise someone with a handwritten note. (My mother will love this one!).
- Say please.
- Say thank you.
- Give yourself permission to be crabby (with a time limit!).
- Be still.
- Move.
- Write it down.
- Be kind.
